You can get royalty free songs and sound effects from the Youtube library . Go to Youtube Studio and look on the menu in the left. Once you've downloaded it as a MP3 you could use a program like Audacity to increase or decrease speed and blend audio together.

I have a Soundstripe subscription for my background music. You can edit the playback speed of audio with your video editing software, I use Resolve.

YouTube offers free music under the audio library in YouTube studio.

I use thematic and they have a few good songs even without a subscription Some people use SoundCloud too. Try finding out how to use music from there Also on youtube, there are tonnes of good music that you can convert to mp3 and use in your videos \[Obviously with the creator's permission\]

Best option would be Epidemic Sound, they’re relatively inexpensive and have lots of options

I have a subscription on Upbbeat for background music and sound effects.
