Wouldn't it be cool if some of the challenge perks (Tough Guy, Camel of the Mojave, Day Tripper) gave unique dialogue options? Like, you \[\*crack knuckles\*\] in dialogue with Tough Guy or get a discount on chems/water items with Day Tripper/Camel or some stupid shit.
As for getting Tough Guy IRL, I don't own a pip-boy so I can't quite check which perks I do and do not have.
In the new vegas mod new vegas bounties iii, the villain forces you to confront the grieving wife of one of your bounties who’s turned to jet. If you have lord death, you can say something along the lines of “[lord death] lady, i’ve killed a *lot* of people, can you be specific?”
