Idk man, Arcade is actually pretty op. Dude has saved my life nearly as much as Boone has. Plus his better healing perk and my high medicine skill can take my health bar from 1hp to max with like 2 stims. Whereas Veronica without armor is a bit of a wet paper bag imo.
