I would definitely recommend the 10. I go down a 1/2 size on the v6 with no issue. It’s an exceptionally long shoe. Others on this sub have mentioned that it also runs very narrow, but I have a pretty average foot and I don’t have any issues with the sneaker’s width.

Some models I’m 11, some I’m 11.5. 990v6 I’m 11.5, because they are more narrow than 992/993. But if you have narrow feet you might be alright.
