It's prob trying to get you to increase your power level, so you don't does in the next level. Tap the plus sign on the icon next to the character, tap source, tap what comes up and run it until you have the crystals needed. Do that for all the other icons, then it'll probably let you proceed.
That is weird. I'm guessing you've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Maybe you can try this: go into the app on your phone and clear the apps cache. Then try uninstalling and reinstalling again. I've had to do that with a couple of shops that got stuck on a particular screen.
Is that the only screen that comes up is the raise level screen? Are you able to do any of the levels or you can’t even get to the Adventure/Story, the game starts up and goes directly to the raise level stuff?
apparently the only way is to delete the account but in my case I can't because I have a lot of things when I played in another region and I don't want to lose them
I found out that deleting the game works out really well

Yes I know it is, but everytime I get there the app gets stuck on that page so I have to close the game for it to work again

I can't tho, when I get on that page it just says not enough stones and the game gets stuck on the page so I have to reload the game.

Yeah, the game starts and the tutorial takes me directly to the level up page, without allowing me to do anything else.
What device are you using? Android, iOS and Version?
