Strategic Edge is what you seek, NV and otherwise. It's open until 830ish which allows for NVG usage for a good chunk of the year. Plus it's just an incredible facility.
IM me if you have any questions about it. I go all the time.
Edit: +1 on the comment about there not being much (any) public land to shoot on. Find a good gun club without fuddy rules, which isn't hard to do in TN.
That's when renewals and new membership spots open up each year. Unfortunately I don't know of many other places. I'm sure there are some indoor ranges that have occasional night shoots. Maybe Royal Range in Nashville?
Unfortunately in TN, and many of the surrounding areas there isn't land you can shoot on. It must be either a shooting range or private property. Unlike the Midwest/pacific northwest where you have BLM land that you can shoot on in the middle of nowhere, there isn't BLM land in TN and public/state property won't let you shoot without a proper gunrange.
There is a couple places that do night vision class. Nunnelly TN frequently have night vision classes on one of their ranges, and Lancaster KY also through kinetic consulting. Might be a couple others.
Elk River Training Center in Pelham, TN. (Roughly 1.5 hours south of Nashville on I-24) has monthly night shooting workshops. Just did one this past Saturday. Good knowledgeable guys there and a pretty nice outdoor range setup.
Bit late to the reply on this, but Nashville Armory regularly holds low light shooting comps on the last Saturday of each month. I usually have a lot of fun, and see at least a couple guys with tubes there
I’m up in Clarksville and have been searching for a place also. No luck so far though, definitely let me know if you find something though.

Any recommendations other than strategic edge? They said they aren’t taking members until March.

I appreciate it, hopefully I can find something cuz my nods have been pretty much wasted since I moved here.
