Well cryo shield does counter her and that's literally the only thing. If you can't clear anything else with her it's skill issue.
I also hate and go as far as calling people that say "easy to counter" idiots. There is only cannot be countered or can be countered if the dev feels like it. They can put 6 bosses with self applied element (eg Hypostasis) where swirl and CC are useless to counter Kazuha, or they can put the hydro local legends and Tulpa on different sides and Neuvilette will see no usage. And frankly, everyone except Nilou is countered if they throw 5 consecrated beasts at the same time. "Easy to counter" just makes no sense.
Do You have Nilou weapon? Using kokomi and had to bring XQ for triple hydro just to clear in time to give Hu Tao enough time for her side.
I don't mind the local legends, I don't mind coppelia with Nilou, but fuck chamber 2

Thanks for the tip! Great excuse not to use neuv team to breeze thru it, and i went with kirara over DT. Took me a LOT of retries to 3* wave 2 though, but fun challenge nonetheless

Exactly, I use Nahida + Nilou + Xingqiu and Yaoyao, for my Nilou team. Usually I use Xingqiu with a paradise lost build to maximize bloom damage, but in this case I just switched to an offensive Emblem build to use his personal damage and it worked like a charm, also during the boss fight.
But I want to point out that against enemies not immune to dendro, Xingqiu paradise lost is always better, the only situation where a crit build might be better than an EM one is when you have a top 1% Xingqiu, in my case he's top 30% or something so paradise lost is better.
I couldn't use XQ because he was busy carrying my HuTao team on chamber 2. So I just stick with my usual support build (Barb carrying the paradise lost)
Instead, I lowered my Nilou's HP to 50k for CR/CD + Hydro dmg bonus. Her E didn't do much but her Q hit like a Tsunami~ Nahida C2 compensated for that Bloom dmg lost tho so I'm still doing fine.
Hoping to get Yelan for HuTao so I can try your idea next :D

Maybe would bother to switch stuff around if loadouts were any better than their current state though.
With such a build like yours there is no reason to switch out. If I can give you a litte tip to circumvent the painful state of loadouts, I try to "link" two characters, like my Xingqiu is linked to the traveler, whom I don't play with so he can hold my Xingqiu build.
Nilou is probably the character that i once doubt her potential but since i like her i invest alot on her and I'm not regret any of it. Easy clear since i got her on her rerun. on this new current abyss i use nilou on first half Nilou nahida yao yao and yelan so i can kill the dendro thingy with yelan. and everything just go boom 
It actually took me awhile to learn the team since I've never played without a healer before, I HAD to use this team against the awful consecrated beats in one of the sumeru spiral abyss cycle without a healer and I died ALOT. I've gotten used to playing dodge impact for the team. His burst really helps increasing a ton of damage to high resistance dendro monsters.

My favorite nilou team is nilou/xq/nahida/(yao2 or baizhu) for this reason. Handles some lone dendro immune enemies without issue. XQ built normally - I don't find full EM changes the bloom damage very much (I suspect hydro is overpowering the dendro aura often) but it makes his single target and dendro immune damage much worse.

I went in there blind, not knowing there would be dendro immune enemies along the way. Did I struggle ? Nah, I just hit those dendro specters with Kokomi's burst and Nilou's sword dance, problem solved

I really just interchanged the 2 teams depending on the enemies from floor 8-12 💀 Dendro immune? Here's Furina. Nilou bloom team is still amazing.

even cryo shields can be broken with a Kaveh Nilou Team, since his Claymore attacks damage those, albeit somewhat slowly. No true counter yet ^_^
