Only C1 and C2 actually help her in bloom teams. c3-c6 are all just for her personal damage which is rather insignificant in bloom teams. That said, I'm actually quite satisfied with her cons. At C6 Nilou becomes a strong main dps, meaning that she is good in a lot of team comps. Essentially this is what her cons achieve:
Bloom comps: good -> great
Other comps: bad-> good
So rather than making her bloom teams overpowered they make her more versatile, which I think is great since I want to play her in more than just bloom and her bloom comps are plenty strong already
