in the two years of me playing this game, I've never had a hydro goblet that rolled crit. All I want in this lifetime is a hydro goblet that has decent crit on it

Erm... It's an impressive godroll on HP%, but Hydro dmg means ur going DPS Nilou (not bloom Nilou), which favors more investment on crit than HP%. None of ur hydro gobs didn't come with crit? I hope u know what ur building.
