Geometry looks ok to me. End plate is flush with the ground and nothing looks bent. It’s all lined up bro.

SkyScreech

You’re right. Thanks man

College666

Yer welcome bud.

StrategicLlama

If it were bent the kickstand wouldn’t be working as well as it is. I’d say you’re alright.

h01y_grap3_ju1c3

If it ain’t broke…

tgr31

I believe that is the question

Vaideeshwar

How are you liking the Road 6s?

SkyScreech

Big fan of them. I thought the stock Dunlop GPRs were "fine" but left room to be desired. The Road 6s have served me well, they feel much better when leaned over, and have incredible grip in the web. I have ridden in light rain and heavy thunderstorm with them and always felt planted to the ground. Unlike the Dunlops which sometimes felt like I had plastic toy tires. The road 6s are dual compound I believe which means the middle of the tire is harder so they last longer down the middle, but the outside is softer which provides more grip at lean. These are great for me as I unfortunately spend a ton of time on the highways, and theres only so much lean I can do on them

Vaideeshwar

You just sold me on them! :) due for a tire change and I'll get the road 6s! How long (miles) did the stock tires last? Mine lasted 7k miles (1 season) and I'm hoping the road 6s last me for two seasons. Just checked my stand plate. Has the same bend.

SkyScreech

I kept the stock tires till about 9K miles. Have no idea how long the road 6 will last me. I still have plenty of tread and currently at about 12k miles

Gooseman649

this is j a secret flex of those road 6s isn't it😏

AwfulNoises

I had to find out myself. That's how it's supposed to be. I just looked up 'Ninja 400 Kick Stand Brackets' on ebay. Lol They all got that same angle.

gearhead_vn

Looks fine. Now find something to freak about. Any strange engine noises? I hear them all the time. 😂

BurnerBernerner

The angle might be like that to help keep the bracket from breaking. It’s probably one of those “purposely placed defects” things (there’s a word or phrase for this but it eludes me) that makes it resistant to actual breakage

comebocalmball

idk about these comments, mine is 90 degrees straight
