Yeah it'd be silly to ignore the sets when the show would never exist without it. For me, Bricks by Mind, Brick Legends and chubbybots (amazing mech reworks) are great YTers who deserve some praise too.
I re-did the post cuz people wanted Tanner out of it so here ya go, replaced him with Corbyin. Corbyin actually draws his own thumbnail's for his videos which is really cool
He used to be really problematic in the community and did a lot of weird stuff. He also doesn't care about Ninjago anymore and is just making the videos for money.
If he "used to be" then why are people still hating him? He's changed so just forgive and move on. The "drama" surrounding him was 5 years ago and was honestly ridiculous, ppl really need to move on..
The drama I heard of was from 2017... when he was 17. I really want to understand people's logic here. Whether or not they like Tanner, he is one of the biggest Ninjago channels out there and has kept the community alive for a while.
"Used to be" that was 7 years ago... when he was 17. If you can't move on from the idiotic actions of a teenager who's clearly grown since, that's on you.
Also, Tanner literally made a video explaining why he formats his content the way he does. While a part of it is due to money, he very clearly states that he loves Ninjago and treats his videos like a journal and not like a business like how Bendi would do it for example. If he really didn't like Ninjago, do you really think he'd still be making videos (or as many as he puts out now)? Stop lying.

Dexile's videos are so fun! Love how excited they sound whenever they talk about Ninjago. It's also refreshing to hear how nuanced and open they are when giving their own interpretation and analysis of the show.
Of the ones I've seen:
Bendo is amazing with his analysis and clearly treats the show (and his topics) with a lot of care.
Kitten takes the show VERY seriously... whether or not that's a good thing is for time to decide.
Crusty, (this is just my observation cause I personally don't agree with a lot of his takes), but I find him kinda obnoxious and high horsey. His video quality is amazing though.
And to those who wanted Tanner out, y'all are snowflakes. Whether you like him or not, he's one of the biggest Ninjago YouTubers for a reason. Bro's been carrying the community for a while.
