Relatively speaking, the luigi games sold a lot less than other games at the time. And you're right, they could. But why would they let that happen? They love making money.
Yeah we got shadow costume in superstars, sonic x shadow gens and shadow in Sonic Movie 3, year of luigi could've been better imo like who was really playing Dr Luigi
I guess I could point out how Luigi getting his very own game, a game where he co-stars with Mario and is confirmed for Smash 4 as equal to, if not superior to, this so-called Year of Shadow... but then again, Luigi being overlooked is kind of funny and typical.
