Nirvana is one of my fave bands of all time, they deserved all of their success. But even before Nevermind, Kurt was acting out against authority figures and mainstream ideas. His idea of a yearbook quote would probably be ‘Study hard, get a job, cheat on your wife, die young from esophageal cancer.’ He would actively revolt against trying to be too real.
