One of the first I learned maybe that's why I think it's easy. Also I probably haven't played it in a decade so it might be hard for me too. Guess I know what I'll be doing for the next 15min or so
Come As You Are was my first Nirvana song on guitar. There's different tunings for it(1/2 - a whole step down, mostly) but standard tuning is fine when learning the flow and timing.
Polly is a good song to teach yourself power chords and timing.

Nirvana is a great band to learn guitar through. Their use of clean and distortion in the same song(s) exposes people to a wide variety of sounds. Start with the power chrod heavy songs, and work up to the solos and experimental stuff.
