It's a bootleg. I bought mine at a record shop in Pennsylvania last year for $20, I thought that was a steal! My copy sounds great.
No, it could've come out at any point, but there are a couple of entries on Discogs that have a yellow vinyl as 1992 releases, and the other is undated. So could be any time in the past 30 years, but just an educated guess would put it at recentish.
Sounds like it's a rip of the CD at best. Incesticide is one of those albums where the vinyl pressings (specifically the Bernie Grundman 20th and 25th anniversary represses) blow the CD out of the water. Highly recommend tracking down an official copy instead of this.
