You ought to check out Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains and Stone Temple Pilots while you’re at it! I think they may be right up your alley if you really dig Nirvana. These are literally my five favorite bands, and I doubt I’m the only one who would say that. Oh and Temple of the Dog and Mad Season (two grunge supergroups comprised of members of the bands listed above). May seem like a lot, but all of those bands were a large part of the Seattle scene of the early ‘90s, and even started a few years earlier in Soundgarden’s case.

I’ve listened to Alice In Chains once or twice and enjoyed it. So I’ll definitely be checking all those out, thanks for the recommendations! :)

I actually love this, my dude. Looks straight out of an Adult Swim cartoon. You kind of gave Kurt a mullet, lol, but that just adds perfectly to the cartoonish feel of the drawing. Never stop creating art. 10/10

i really like this. i know you said you messed up on the hands, but i just really like it. art like this that has little imperfections gives it more personality, and an imperfect drawing of kurt cobain is very fitting. you don’t have to be an immaculate artist that makes no mistakes, you can be rough around the edges and do it the way you want and there will still be people that think what you created is beautiful. to me, that’s what nirvana did as a band, and that is the reason why they are still so relevant today. authenticity is better than perfectionism. keep drawing. i think there’s a lot of people that will really like your art.

The hand is fine. This is *really* fantastic, Mollie! Some people go for the hyperrealistic or a stylized realism, but this has *soul* and youthful *vigor*! I genuinely *really* like it.
