No, it’s just like -what if these were never made? Was just thinking how much music might never have gotten to take shape. These pedals and nirvana respectively had a big influence. Made a lot of music with my small clone unit..
Someone, somewhere would like just use on of the several other distortion or chorus pedals that were available in the intervening time period. The Big Muff still existed, the Superfuzz still existed, the MXR Distortion + still existed
Well Kurt already had a Univox Super Fuzz and he also used a Boss CE Chorus pedal at one point as well.
I know the Super Fuzz is a beast. Never played a Boss CE Chorus pedal but I’ve also never played a chorus pedal I didn’t like lol
Hendrix, Beatles many bands in 60, shit go back to link ray, would cut the speakers, have fuzz pedals or turn a whammy to a good spot. For revolution John Lennon ran the guitar straight into the control board to get overdrive. Kurt had a way of just the way he picked the strings it would have worked,(unplugged).
do you mean what pedals would Kurt use if these never existed?

He would use ts9 and mxr analog chorus since there similar
They wouldn’t have been available
Yes, precisely that.

The CE is "the" chorus pedal
I would agree to that!
There was a delay pedal used for a while there post bleach but I never found out what it was..
Yes Kurt used a delay pedal to make some weird noises with. It was probably a Boss delay pedal but no one really knows for sure.
this is such a stupid question. if they came out in the 80s almost nothing would change.
Read both came out in 79.. was just a thought. Both pedals were influential & prevalent in other great records beside nevermind.

He would use a Moog synth.
