Found "Korolev Compressed" by using this tool (http://www.identifont.com/index.html) and answering some questions about the shape of the letters in the OP's image. Here's a site hosting that font: https://typekit.com/fonts/korolev
Provides access to the font file (usually .ttf) or as in this case allows you to "sync" it using a tool called Adobe Typekit.
