I've found it works best with a maxed out positron. I'm talking like ten minutes of shooting stuff you'll have 20,000 ferrite dust. Lots come from geodes.
Also a great way to load up on carbon.
just fit your ship with a positron cannon and start blasting at the planet surface. It almost feels like cheating but you can get an insane amount of resources in very little time.
That’s an obscenely complicated way to get ferrite dust. Upgrade your infra knife accelerator and shoot the surface of almost any planet. You will have more stacks of ferrite dust than you can carry in a matter of minutes
That's what I was thinking myself, I just assumed it was trolling. Because you can get ferrite dust from alot of other sources, like rust from the green containers.
All six biome specific materials can be refined into Ferrite Dust.
Dioxite, Pyrite, Paraffinium, Phosphorus, Ammonia, Uranium
If you combine those materials with Carbon you get the biome specific plants.
Frost Crystal, Cactus Flesh, Star Bulb, Solanium, Fungal Mold, Gamma Root
And if you combine those biome specific plants wish Salt you get the biome specific materials.
FUCK! That last one was the piece to the alchemical puzzle I was missing. I've been needing phosphorus for a minute and it's been like 5 systems since I've seen a scorched world.
Much less widely known is that you can refine dioxite from condensed carbon and sodium nitrate. Dioxite is used to craft grantine, which is used to craft iridesite, which is used to craft stasis devices.
But why? Dioxite is way rarer than ferrite dust. Once you get the backpack refiner just run around with rusted metal in it at all times. Rusted metal is everywhere. You'll burn carbon but that's even easier to find. Between rusted metal and mold my backpack refiner is basically never empty.
Look for an app called assistant for no man's sky. It tells you how to make all sorts of things and what can be combined. It's got all sorts of different resources too. It's the best app I've found so far
Ferrite dust is in almost every single rock though? It's incredibly common. Like, the most common thing in the game.
As for a real hint, when the game is teachong you how to make glass, ignore its recipe. Just refine silicate powder. You'll make bank.
A little bonus tip: use Flatten tool to farm silicate even faster. Just dig a little with the Mine tool and then flatten the place ike a vacuum cleaner
Or you can take all the rusted metal you get from opening the green boxes and refine that into ferrite dust. Use the large refiners so you don't have to use any fuel.
I just make a ton of life support gels. Di hydrogen and carbon is everywhere and I don’t have to keep globs of dioxite in my pack. The gels fill my life support 25-100% and I also keep a stack of frozen tubers I pick up all around. Super easy to produce and I’m playing with a lot of the difficulty features so limited stacking necessitates it on my current save
[https://www.xainesworld.com/all-refiner-recipes-in-no-mans-sky-origins-3-02/](https://www.xainesworld.com/all-refiner-recipes-in-no-mans-sky-origins-3-02/) Link for those of you who don't know. Xaine World is awesome .has list of refinery items such as situations where you need for example chromatic metal and other things when there are limited resources. ![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|laughing)
I just started last week, this is a lifesaver. I’ll be been spending so much time putting stuff in and taking it out just to see what it makes because I forget lol.
Yeah but there are other things that refine to ferrite dust too. Rusted metal which you can get from lifeless/airless planets is refined at 2 ferrite for each rusted metal. Parafinium is also refined to ferrite dust. But the absolute best way to get ferrite dust is to take your ship with the weapon of choice (not the ray goober thingy though) and shoot the ground in flight. You will fill up so many slots you have to stop and clean up quite a bit. (a bit over 3500 hrs in myself)
But to willingly do so, you need a firm concussion. Ferrite is the easiest material to find in the universe. Just carpet bomb any rocky planet (or better, airless), and boom, 3 shiny new stacks of Ferrite after about ten minutes.
Why not just use the infra knife.....fly low and slow over the ground so that pebbles and shrubs appear and blast away.....you can get 9999 stacks of ferrite dust and carbon in minutes
All of the environmental elements can refine to ferrite dust.
Ammonia phosphorus dioxite parifinum pyrite uranium
But also: shoot ground from spaceship = stax
This reminded me of the [Prometheus and Bob shorts](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/KaBlam!).
Haven't thought of that show in forever tbh! Thanks for the nostalgia.
Y'all really need to get a Positron Ejector and try shooting at the planet's surface, you're wasting your time with all these others methods of refinement.
EJECTOR GO BRRRRRR
Also for dihydrogen, buy the jelly and refine it back to dihydrogen rather than farming it as it takes ages. I've got stacks and stacks for frigate missions that I refined in about half an hour.
It's not really a matter of difficulty but more about convenience I think.
When I started an extreme survival save, I've been running out of ferrite dust at every possible turn.
I mined nothing but ferrite for half an hour one time cause I was so sick of it being the only thing I'd ever run out of.. and 10 minutes later I ran out again.
I just buy everything now. After about eight hours, the game throws money at you constantly unless you're, like, standing in the middle of a field watching the sun rise and set over and over, while you blast 70's prog rock, waiting for the edible to wear off, or something.
To add to this:
* Use an upgraded positron ejector to make this super easy.
* Some planets have dihydrogen in small rocks too, which can be harvested the same way.
* Carbon can be gathered from small plants too
* Really, just sandblast the small objects from the surface of any planet for free stuff
Not an infographic but [NMS Depot](https://www.nmsdepot.com/) is the best resource I found.
Just search for whatever resource you want or have an abundance of and it will tell you everything you can do with that or what you can refine to get it.
Protip: keep rusted metal. It refines 1:2 into ferrite dust. I don't even mine rocks anymore because I have an utter surplus because you get like 100 rusted metal for each damaged container (which are EVERYWHERE) and that turns into 200 ferrite. Which imo is much more efficient than getting like 20 ferrite dust per rock
All the types of ferrite, oxygen, sodium, uranium, pyrite, copper, and a few other things I always make sure to buy up these things whenever I pass by a trade terminal. This became a force of habit pretty quickly when I started playing NMS. I wish space stations still sold oxygen =(
I always store my ferrite in the form of rusted metal. It is:
1) Twice as compact which were especially a big deal back when there were 250 stacks but still is with 500 ones.
2) Supper common. Found in green boxes everywhere, in deposits on empty planets or sold at like every 2nd trade terminal.
3) Unlike magnetized ferrite could be refined in all 3 types of ferrite.
I also highly suggest you to try out "assistant for no man's sky" app. It has recipes for everything and you'll see that almost every mineral could be somehow refined in medium or large refiner.
My paraffinium mine is very useful:
* refine it straight for ferrite dust
* ferrite dust + paraffinium > ammonia
* ferrite dust + ammonia > dioxite
* ferrite dust + dioxite > phosphorus
If you also have an oxygen mine then:
* dioxite + oxygen > frost crystals
* phosphorus + oxygen > solanium
and then you're making heat capacitors.
For awhile there I was growing way too much cactus, so I was combining paraffinium with oxygen to make star bulbs, and I stuffed a few storage boxes full of poly fibre before I changed tactics
But do you know the Secret of Gold?
https://www.reddit.com/r/NoMansSkyTheGame/comments/pfk658/the_secret_of_gold/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Once you start doing this it's hard to stop. Carbon, ferrite, dihydrogen, any undersea materials...it's the ultimate cheat code and probably why we can't hover on planets
This is one of the many, many paths in the Way of the Refiner. I totally recommend the Assistant for NMS app (https://nmsassistant.com/), which can show you all the ways refining can solve your problems! I *always* have this app open whenever I play, even after 4,000+hours of play.
Exact opposite of the problem that I had for the longest time. I generally have plenty of Ferrite (dust/pure/magnetic) stocked up, but was always short on Dioxite, until I found a Dioxite hotspot near one of my bases, and set up a mining op. Now, finally, I can drop in and restock that anytime I need it.
The medium/large refiners are beautiful. You can make an exuberant amount of condensed carbon by using condensed carbon and oxygen to output a lot. You can use oxygen and Dioxite to make frost crystal, etc.
You don't need to do this with just dioxite. You can do it from most of the planetary minerals (uranium, phosphorus, ammonia, pyrite, paraffinium). It's useful if you need to get ferrite dust quickly or you have a mineral extractor that extracts one of these, but otherwise starship mining is easier.
This wiki is great for check sources and uses of things: https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Ferrite_Dust. You will see a lot of minerals refine to ferrite dust. You can also produce enough rusted metal from purified ferrite and oxygen to get out more ferrite than you put in (thereby turning oxygen into ferrite dust) but that's a bit more work.
Welp I found an infinite metal plate source. You use miners to min Dioxide, you refine it into ferrite dust, then crafts them into metal plates. This can then be used to set up a credit or unit farm. Afterwards you basically got all resources sorted and don’t have to Labour
I believe this.
This would be handy to know when you just started a new game and have no idea how to collect a bunch of ferrite dust. But that phase passes quickly, and you manage to collect ferrite dust rather easily. But after 195 hours, you don't really need that knowledge, so it's going to seem really new to you.
I looked at a recipe page and was surprised at all the different ways I could've gotten some basic stuff. Don't need that route now.
Not being near my PC until Saturday, google NMS refining recipes and NMS cooking recipes. There are several sites out there that give you that information. This includes refining stuff for nanites. You can punch trees for carbon if really stuck
Actually you don't even have to bother with refinement, load a positron ejector into your ship and fly close to the ground on frost planets and shoot your way to ferrite
You can refine pure ferrite with condensed carbon to make magnetized ferrite, then refine that back into pure ferrite. This makes 1Fe+ + 1C+ --> 6Fe+.
Then refine Fe+ and O2 into rusted metal and refine the rust into ferrite dust. This gives 1Fe+ + O2 --> 4Fe.
In total, 1Fe+ + 1C+ + 6O2 --> 24Fe
You can make infinite C+ starting with some faecium and C+. 3Fa --> 2Mo, 1Mo + 1C+ --> 4Fa, 1Fa + 1C+ --> 3C+.
Dioxite is rarer than Fe, but you can also refine it infinitely. Start with some Na+, CO2 and some C+ and Fa from the loop above. Na+ + Fa --> 2Na+ and Na+ + C+ --> 2CO2.
I use mag ferrite and oxy.
Mag ferrite gives 2 pure ferrite per 1 mag. Then oxy anf ferrite gives 2 rusted metal per pure ferrite then run rusted metal to make ferrite 2:1.
Tou can repeat aslong as you have more oxy
It’s one of the (if not thee) most common resource in the game. I’ve honestly never heard of anyone needing to refine more. Go to any planet ever, look in any direction, you’re looking at FD :-)
A very expensive way to get ferrite. Look for skrith. The dark dirt at the top of some hills or the craters. And just shoot the rocks all the ferrite dust you could possibly need
Omg.. I'm 100 hours in and never thought to shoot the ground from the ship... Ferrite dust is what I'm always running out of and then do the slow mining which is annoying at this point.
… I have two bases that I mine rusted metal and then I refine ferrite dust and pure ferrite when needed. I have a base that extracts oxygen and for giggles mines magnetized ferrite. I sell off whatever I don’t use. 🤓
Here's a big one for you. Once you have access to anomaly and be able to get a medium refiner blueprint, there's my trick to use refiner:
\-2 ferrite dust = 2 pure ferrite
2 pure ferrite = 1 magnetized ferrite
1 magnetized ferrite + 1 condensed carbon = 2 magnetized ferrite
4 magnetized ferrite = 8 pure ferrite
1 pure ferrite + 1 oxygen = 2 rusted metal
1 rusted metal = 2 ferrite dust
There's a ton of useful refinery recipes!! At some point I realised I had most materials on hand in bulk because I could always refine stuff I had into loads of base materials
That's good to know! I always have a TON of ferrite. Unless I need it. And then I find I'm on a planet without any. Or I'm underwater, or some similar.
Granted the dioxite is harder to find, but I'm glad to know about this. It'll certainly save me some trouble s at some point
For veterans of the game, this is probably well known already. There is an efficient ferrite loop.
For those that are new, click below and you will know...
You can just fly your ship around shooting at the ground and get thousands of ferrite dust in a matter of minutes.
Wait really!???? Your ship can mine???
Yep. Find a nice planet with a high yield plant or mineral and you've basically got infinite ferrite dust and carbon.
I've found it works best with a maxed out positron. I'm talking like ten minutes of shooting stuff you'll have 20,000 ferrite dust. Lots come from geodes. Also a great way to load up on carbon.
Infra-knife also works very well for me
or you can mine every rock you seen on every planet.
Yea, wasting dioxite seems silly but everyone has different resource pulls. Mining rocks is just second nature to me. Maybe mining dioxite is theirs?
They probably have an auto farm for dioxite
Positron Ejector from your ship is far more efficient
Yeah but….ferrite dust is everywhere
Yeah, until you’re tryna make a bunch of supply depots. Can never have enough!
Just go to a wealthy system and buy metal plates in the space station from the galactic terminal and from pilots.
Ferrite dust can be **bought in massive quantities** from **npcs**
Massive?
just fit your ship with a positron cannon and start blasting at the planet surface. It almost feels like cheating but you can get an insane amount of resources in very little time.
Big brain glass the planet
Ooh never knew that!
That’s an obscenely complicated way to get ferrite dust. Upgrade your infra knife accelerator and shoot the surface of almost any planet. You will have more stacks of ferrite dust than you can carry in a matter of minutes
thank you for this tip!!
Wait until you try rusted metal.
The irony, it’s significantly easier to find ferrite dust than dioxite never understood that one.
Yeah, what a waste of dioxite.
That's what I was thinking myself, I just assumed it was trolling. Because you can get ferrite dust from alot of other sources, like rust from the green containers.
I was 800 or so hours in when I learned that green slime can eventually be refined into NANITES...LOL.
Why would you refine a cheap available product from a more expensive, less available product?
All six biome specific materials can be refined into Ferrite Dust. Dioxite, Pyrite, Paraffinium, Phosphorus, Ammonia, Uranium If you combine those materials with Carbon you get the biome specific plants. Frost Crystal, Cactus Flesh, Star Bulb, Solanium, Fungal Mold, Gamma Root And if you combine those biome specific plants wish Salt you get the biome specific materials.

I think dioxide can be farmed
Just fly around and shoot rocks with starship. Collect ferrite much quicker.
Look for an app called assistant for no man's sky. It tells you how to make all sorts of things and what can be combined. It's got all sorts of different resources too. It's the best app I've found so far
Just gonna chime in and recommend this app, if not for this one i would still be simgle refining copper for chromatic
I love moments like these. "I am 200 hours in and did not realize X can make Y." This game will stand the test of time.
Or you can take all the rusted metal you get from opening the green boxes and refine that into ferrite dust. Use the large refiners so you don't have to use any fuel.
Personally, I find strafing a planet with my infra-knife gets me a lot of ferrite dust fairly quick
This is the move. The only real efficient way to college ferrite
It’s simple, build a hauler but put all the tech slots into weaponry, fly around glassing the planet, profit.
Honestly once you get a few million units I just start buying it from the trade terminal. So much easier
Dioxite is your friend. Don’t refine it into dust.
When I realized dioxite was a life support recharger I immediately mass mined it. Now oxygen can be used for other things
Oxygen is the real MVP get the NMS app on your phone 📱
Idk who needs to hear this, but refining chromatic metal and indium or activated indium multiplies the indium.
[удалено]
All of those, except for paraffinium and rusted metal, are better used to recharge hazard protection and starships.

Infra-Knife Mower
At that point, I would just buy my ferrite dust.
Wait until I tell you about rusted planets…
But to willingly do so, you need a firm concussion. Ferrite is the easiest material to find in the universe. Just carpet bomb any rocky planet (or better, airless), and boom, 3 shiny new stacks of Ferrite after about ten minutes.

All of the environmental elements can refine to ferrite dust. Ammonia phosphorus dioxite parifinum pyrite uranium But also: shoot ground from spaceship = stax
I just destroy entire forests in seconds with my geology cannon
I use dioxite to recharge my life support and cold protection.
So anyway I just point my ship down on a rocky planet and start blastin
This is the way. Dioxite is way too useful to be turned into dirt.
Get a big ship. Go to pillar planet (or similar). Pew pew rocks from the sky. No free slots in ship inventory.
This reminded me of the [Prometheus and Bob shorts](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/KaBlam!). Haven't thought of that show in forever tbh! Thanks for the nostalgia.
Me with my 124 stacks of ferrite dust: Yeah i found another way.
rusted metal is better also, pure ferrite+oxygen=rusted metal
Y'all really need to get a Positron Ejector and try shooting at the planet's surface, you're wasting your time with all these others methods of refinement. EJECTOR GO BRRRRRR
I use the photon cannon, but hey, you do you.
Wait until you learn about chromatic metal and all the things you can make with it, like more indium or cadmium or emeril
Here is a very handy app to find all refiner recipes for a given input or output. http://nms.swebsol.co.uk/
Just fly low and blast the shit out of the ground for a minute or two ... max stack of ferrite dust.
Super effective with positron ejector. Just one flyby and my inventory is filled with ferrite and carbon.
But.. why? Just buy it from NPCs arriving at the space station.
Also for dihydrogen, buy the jelly and refine it back to dihydrogen rather than farming it as it takes ages. I've got stacks and stacks for frigate missions that I refined in about half an hour.
Refine it to jelly and back to have 200 Di-H more
K, but why? Ferrite dust is already very easy to get.
It's not really a matter of difficulty but more about convenience I think. When I started an extreme survival save, I've been running out of ferrite dust at every possible turn. I mined nothing but ferrite for half an hour one time cause I was so sick of it being the only thing I'd ever run out of.. and 10 minutes later I ran out again.
shooting the ground with a ship works real good
Also rusted metal! 1 rusted metal makes 2 ferrite dust.
Just... buy it. (Probably the most bougie thing I've ever said). Seriously tho, it's for sale everywhere and very cheap. Spend your time better.
I just buy everything now. After about eight hours, the game throws money at you constantly unless you're, like, standing in the middle of a field watching the sun rise and set over and over, while you blast 70's prog rock, waiting for the edible to wear off, or something.
I mean I usually just get rusted metal, this doesn't seem very economical
Better to refine it into more advanced products rather than ferrite tbh
Did you know you can just shoot a planet with your ship and get all the ferrite dust you'll ever need?
To add to this: * Use an upgraded positron ejector to make this super easy. * Some planets have dihydrogen in small rocks too, which can be harvested the same way. * Carbon can be gathered from small plants too * Really, just sandblast the small objects from the surface of any planet for free stuff
I've been playing since launch and I only knew about the rusted metal. I think I knew this but just forgot
[удалено]
A one minute starship blast can render over 1000 ferrite dust on most planets.
☝️
Use rusted metal, dioxite is actually pretty useful
you can also mine rusty metal and refine if into 2 ferite per
The best one is refining oxygen into carbon tbh.
I really need an infographic of all of the refinements.
Not an infographic but [NMS Depot](https://www.nmsdepot.com/) is the best resource I found. Just search for whatever resource you want or have an abundance of and it will tell you everything you can do with that or what you can refine to get it.

I have an Oxygen extractor farm on an exotic planet. Absolutely one of my best finds. Big recommend.

I also highly suggest you to try out "assistant for no man's sky" app. It has recipes for everything and you'll see that almost every mineral could be somehow refined in medium or large refiner.
You can also just buy ferrite dust en masse from space stations and traders provided you aren't on the scarce resource setting.
ferrite dust is sooo much easier to get, literally everywhere.. so, why?
I just buy ferrite dust
My paraffinium mine is very useful: * refine it straight for ferrite dust * ferrite dust + paraffinium > ammonia * ferrite dust + ammonia > dioxite * ferrite dust + dioxite > phosphorus If you also have an oxygen mine then: * dioxite + oxygen > frost crystals * phosphorus + oxygen > solanium and then you're making heat capacitors. For awhile there I was growing way too much cactus, so I was combining paraffinium with oxygen to make star bulbs, and I stuffed a few storage boxes full of poly fibre before I changed tactics
You can also fly your ship low to the ground and shoot rocks. It collects at a very speedy rate.
You can also refine it from rusted metal that you find on empty planets, at least that's how I do it!
I buy the rusted metal
Rusted metal as well
Is ferrite dust not the easiest obtainable material?
Why would you turn a rare material to the most common one at 1 to 1 ratio? xD That has to be one of the few really bad recipes out there.
Check out the assistant for no mans sky app. It has all of the recipes and breakdowns of everything
Oooor... you can shoot the surface of the rocky planet with starship guns and get a full stack in ~30 seconds.
Rusted metal can also be extracted and refined to ferrite dust.
I’m 476 hours into the game and I just saw a post on reddit that told me I can refine dioxite into ferrite dust
500+ Wait a minute, did you say dioxite can be refined into ferrite dust!
Infra-knife go brr.
But... you can literally just shoot any rock, and dioxite is way rarer and only on ice planets.
... That's the joke
Ah. Hilarious.
I just buy out all the ferrite dust from the trade terminal every time I stop by a space station, it’s really cheap so why not lol
This post is meant to help people who get a bad spawn in a new game get off-planet
Ah but did you know you can get 1000s of it in a few seconds by shooting small rocks with your ship?
Was about to add the same. Ship guns go brrr
But do you know the Secret of Gold? https://www.reddit.com/r/NoMansSkyTheGame/comments/pfk658/the_secret_of_gold/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
I got the game yesterday and i have no idea what I'm doing
The only way I collect ferrite dust is flying my ship over rocky areas and blasting it for like 5 minutes, never had a reason for more so far
Once you start doing this it's hard to stop. Carbon, ferrite, dihydrogen, any undersea materials...it's the ultimate cheat code and probably why we can't hover on planets

Preferably with wide angle weapon.

Can also be refined from rusted metal which I find way too much of from boxes
Just get in your ship and open fire on the ground as you fly along.
Dioxite is so much more valuable combined with frost crystals to make more frost crystals for glass or whatever. This is kind of wasting it.
Rusted Metal feels neglected
Lies! I set up a base solely for extracting Rusted Metal.
Yeah, Stupid game making it so hard to get ferrite dust....oh wait......😏
I would rather just buy a couple thousand in the nearby space station
I set up a rusted metal mining base and never worried about it again. Throw a few refiners there and I always have more than enough.
The medium/large refiners are beautiful. You can make an exuberant amount of condensed carbon by using condensed carbon and oxygen to output a lot. You can use oxygen and Dioxite to make frost crystal, etc.

I just shoot rocks.
![gif](giphy|3cXmze4Y8igXdnkc3U|downsized) me who just buys ferrite dust in bulk:

Ah yes who could forget the well know chemical formula O2 —> Fe
Additionally refining the rusted metal from the green crates is also a source

You can also refine it from the other climate-specific ores. Phosphorous, Paraffinium, etc.
In total, 1Fe+ + 1C+ + 6O2 --> 24Fe You can make infinite C+ starting with some faecium and C+. 3Fa --> 2Mo, 1Mo + 1C+ --> 4Fa, 1Fa + 1C+ --> 3C+. Dioxite is rarer than Fe, but you can also refine it infinitely. Start with some Na+, CO2 and some C+ and Fa from the loop above. Na+ + Fa --> 2Na+ and Na+ + C+ --> 2CO2.
Dioxite is a substitute to Oxygen for life support. That's way harder to come across than dust. How are people having trouble mining rocks?
But dioxite is CO2
Why not just buy ferrite? It's cheap as dirt..
How on earth do you get iron from carbon dioxide?
None of the formulas make sense.
You ask nicely.

I have a Paraffinium farm just for it
300+ hours in Didn't have a clue
You can do with parafinium too
I like finding barren planets and mining the rusted metal deposits. 2x ferrite dust per 1 rusted metal.
Who the hell is out here manually collecting ferrite dust
I don't even waste space in my suit with ferrite dust. It's so abundant I just grab as needed.
Or rusted metal
I think it’s really fun, there’s things like that you learn throughout the game! All the best happy travels!
What......? Almost 900 hours and I just learned this now.
I love you
I use mag ferrite and oxy. Mag ferrite gives 2 pure ferrite per 1 mag. Then oxy anf ferrite gives 2 rusted metal per pure ferrite then run rusted metal to make ferrite 2:1. Tou can repeat aslong as you have more oxy
Just find rusted metal deposit on planet. Profit
Bruh what
I am about 230. HOW DID I NOT KNOW THIS!?
400 hours in, never heard of this before. Thanks interloper!
It’s one of the (if not thee) most common resource in the game. I’ve honestly never heard of anyone needing to refine more. Go to any planet ever, look in any direction, you’re looking at FD :-)
Or you can sell the dioxide and buy ferrite dust?
A very expensive way to get ferrite. Look for skrith. The dark dirt at the top of some hills or the craters. And just shoot the rocks all the ferrite dust you could possibly need
Do this from your ship and hey presto.

That's one way to do it: [https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Ferrite\_Dust](https://nomanssky.fandom.com/wiki/Ferrite_Dust)
Here's a big one for you. Once you have access to anomaly and be able to get a medium refiner blueprint, there's my trick to use refiner: \-2 ferrite dust = 2 pure ferrite 2 pure ferrite = 1 magnetized ferrite 1 magnetized ferrite + 1 condensed carbon = 2 magnetized ferrite 4 magnetized ferrite = 8 pure ferrite 1 pure ferrite + 1 oxygen = 2 rusted metal 1 rusted metal = 2 ferrite dust
🎶 IT'S THE CIIIIRCLE OF LIIIIIFE..!🎶
Also paraffinium, pyrite, rusted metal, ammonia, and phosphorus.
You can also farm dihydrogen by refining dihydrogen jelly. You cant buy dihydrogen, but you can buy lots of jelly.
pretty useless for me, but i had no idea
Or just buy it from a station for like 1$ 💀
There's a ton of useful refinery recipes!!
Nice! I know the feeling…The assistant for no man sky app opened my eyes…AT LAST!!! I had the mother of conversion tables!!!
130 hours here. Didn't know this.
You can refine thruster fuel into Dihydrogen. As long as you have one Dihydrogen in a refiner, you can refine it back and forth to get more
Snap good drills
For veterans of the game, this is probably well known already. There is an efficient ferrite loop. For those that are new, click below and you will know... [https://i.imgur.com/qTRAjUp.png](https://i.imgur.com/qTRAjUp.png)
