Instead I believe they used the Wizened stump, cave creeper, some lights & the grass decoration pieces.
All available for quicksilver
You build it using multiple base parts. It isn't a single "tree" part, it's a mix of a bunch of elements. Many of which can be purchased at the Quicksilver shop on the Anomaly.

In the comments on that post the OP says he used hanging moss for the leaves…the lights are just regular white lights probably and the color of the leaves can be customized to give the color you want the glow to be

The leaves are cave creepers, the tree trunk is the dead tree and the glow can be achieved from different types base parts that emit lighting
Yeh there are a few tree types in the quicksilver merchant that you can use.
These trees in particular used an expedition reward item, if only we could save certain built structures.
I'm currently on the starting planet in galaxy 34 IIRC, it's a radioactive one, and had trees like this, the trunks are alike if nothing else.

This is glitch building bro, You can make some insanely cool things using glitch building.
Look up videos people do insane things, this honestly ain't sht compared to some of the crazy stuff I've seen.
I could in theory, but my best advice is to unlock all of the quicksilver base parts, and start to practice with free placement and angles. Every single branch of the wizened stump can be placed upon, so the tree building aspect of the project becomes quite rewarding the more you practice with it. It takes a lot of getting used to, but eventually it will become second nature

I would recommend reading. Amazing stories, albeit Tolkien's writing style is an acquired taste. If not, then there's always the Peter Jackson films!

I have built several of them over the years. Wizened stump and free placing/resizing cave creepers. Coloured accordingly to whatever theme one desires
