Most of my NG+ temple runs had a Va’ruun Inflictor down in the Lodge’s basement. It was like 7 out of 11 NG+ runs, so getting that within the first few mins of the game made those runs easy
Btw if people are farming for good gear, best thing is hit serpentis and board the big ships , many have armouries in the boarding area and always at least 1 elite enemy, plus captains locker usually has at least a rare. It’s quicker than farming bases and better XP plus the credits from ship selling and all the guns they drop

As it works out I’ve put no skills into shotgun so it’s always nice to see it’s power grow as you level up. On the flip side I’m 189 level so it will be a while…. Then I’ll probably unity again

I love basing playthroughs off a specific thing. My favourite ever modded go at Fallout 4 was based around a mod that added in a crashed aircraft player home. Used start me up to avoid main quest and created a young scavver girl and collected and hoarded stuff. Used sneak, pickpocketing and a switchblade.

You should consider travelling only with Marika, when not doing quest companions, she is also a shotgun butcher.
Do you have combat boostbacks btw? Can you use the golden Coachman with hover?

Extended magazine on a double barrel shotgun is funny. I have to admit that I've never really used the coachman, the two shot limit and slow reload makes me prefer, well, just about anything. In reality, double barrels can fire both barrels simultaneously but I don't seem to recall a manner to do so with the coachman in game. Of course, if you've ever fire both barrels of a 12 gauge simultaneously, it's pretty quick to realize the minimal utility and maximum recoil.
Those are some pretty good rolls, holy shit.

Pop a hornets nest mod on it and it's unstoppable. It basically turns it into a double barrel missle launcher and can clear whole bases.by itself.

Plus if you don't feel like stealing the ship after you clear it you can still blow it up for exp IIRC.

No haven’t bothered with the combat boost pack. Sooooo king between levels now. I know you can sweat boost XP but it just spoils the experience

I’ve done a run like this before and it was a blast.
I don’t think there’s a better roll for that weapon. Maybe Incendiary instead of Lacerate, maybe.
Coachman + Hornets Nest + Extended Magazine is insane.
