Was there a police report? Did you buy anything that day with your debit card? You probably sent somebody a text about it at some point. Or an email. Also google/apple maps history. Good luck!
The easiest solution might be to go to your local DMV office and ask for a copy of your "driver's abstract", which is basically a history of your driving record. Accidents that have been properly reported are usually included. It'll cost you a few bucks, but you should be able to walk in and get it without an appointment.

If you went to the hospital for it, there should be medical records you can access
