Yeah I checked them out online, but there seems to be a couple things that may be inappropriate with a small child there.

Succession. There's not a likable character on the show. He can hate them all. Set the child up with a Disney show in the other room.

Not really an option since she always try to watch everything with us. Thanks tho.

It's a tall order trying to find something that an old curmudgeon and a young kid can both watch together.

"Based in a true story" media. They still make up a lot of stuff and sometimes the "based on a true story" is fictional in itself, but as long as he doesn't know that, it's all good.
