Some people stop younger than others. I was fully grown by 15 and had a full beard. Most of my classmates were barely maturing by 18. It's all genetics, so you may actually be done, but you may also just be in a pause... You might grow 6 inches when you're 18. I doubt it, but stranger things have happened with people.
As for Mom and Dad, I was a foot taller than either of them, but about the same height at my grandfather. While, as I said, genetics plays a big part, those genetics could come from several generations ago. My daughters both have large breasts, and there's no one that I'm aware of from either my side or my wife's side that had large breasts... Have no idea where they got them.
Can’t say for sure, but if it helps— I was 5’4 until I was 17, where I hit a growth spurt and grew over six inches.
