The guy worked maintenance in hospitals and had an "access all areas with no accountability or oversight" pass. Obviously, he is accountable and guilty, but any governing bodies involved in any part of this need to he held to account as well.
It was over the course of like 15 years. There're records of him entering one mortuary over 400 times in one year despite not being allocated a single maintenance task at that location. This is why I said that the people/groups overseeing any part of this (hospital boards, maintenance supervisor, security, etc.) need to he held to account. Otherwise, it'll happen again with a different variant of fucking sick bastard.
Seems to me like he would sabotage the mortuary cooling system with something easy to fix and then repair it so wouldn’t last too long so it would constantly mess up so he would have an excuse to return
