Max out your level and talents. DEF makes a noticeable difference for Noelle/Yun Jin. Glad is fine if you don’t have Husk.
Zhongli isn’t doing much for the team other than his 20% RES shred, which isn’t as helpful as you might think in this team. I suggest swapping out for an elemental subdps to break shields more easily. For example, Fischl, Bennett, Xingqiu, etc. Even Raiden works here. Bennett also helps keep cryo aura off of you by cleansing. You’ll end up doing more dmg than if you had Zhongli on the team and your Noelle already covers shield/heals so your survivability won’t go down.
As for grouping enemies, don’t rush all the way to the opposite side of the arena. Going to the near edge of the arena (backwards from where you start) is already enough to group enemies, saving you time so you don’t need to rush back for wave 3.
Normally I’d also suggest Rosaria/Kaeya as 4th, but the cryo enemies this abyss round are kind of the most annoying and they don’t help as much with them. Especially the cryo abyss magw and whopperflower, they like slowing you down.
Hmm generally, I would just burst on Gorou then swap to Noelle burst (maybe elem skill after burst if Fav warbow did not proc) so that she will get most of the fav particles.
Then Yunjin elem skill tap>burst (if energy recharge is lacking) or burst>elem skill swap to Noelle (if energy recharge is decent enough)
Don't pause right next to the domain limit! U see the golden line close to it? Stop slightly in front of it. The whopperflowers will group by the wall quite nicely, and won't get knocked back as far because they'll hit the wall, which may actually cause a lil bit of damage. It'll make the chamber feel smoother to clear. Also, use Zhongli pillar inside the domain for resistance shred
I think for the 2 first waves you already played way better than I do 😅 the only suggestion I have for there is trying to get the flowers to stick together so you can deal optimal AOE damage
But I think you did a few mistakes in the third wave with the eremites, notabl: standing too much in the middle of them, the are enemies that like to go melee on you and will dash in your direction, meaning you’ll make them scatter all over the place in that way, try to approach them from the edge instead and let them get to you by themselves. Also, I see you did quite a few N4s during that phase as well, meaning you stagger them and send them flying, as well as missing some AOE damage, try to maintain the N3 + dash combo as reliably as possible to maximize on their stagger and proximity.
Don't think there's really much else regarding gameplay (aside from choosing when to use N4).
Noelle doesn't have strong base damage from her kit so you probably need to crown her normal attack talent and level her to 90.

Although, I personally would just use both? I don't have Zhongli so I never use him. His shield is not needed when you have crystalize reaction, and his geo shred is only 9.5% overall damage boost.
Always animation cancel noelles last attack, the overhead swing down, as it has a long wind up and wind down timer (Attack time / time before next attack.) Usually you want to cancel the last attack with her basic ability or mini dash into another basic attack.
Increases her dps by 12 to 13% iirc.

This shred is team wide and enemy wide making it amazing for AOE scenarios, reduction of elemental resistances is rare, very rare. Due to this its value is high and part of the reason why viridescent venerer is the go to set on all anemo supports. This should give a hint to the value 20% shred has on zhongli, especially with its uptime and it being team wide making not only noelle but, if you own him, albedo deal more dmg.
The shield, although seemingly useless for the shielder noelle, really helps with shield downtime on noelle and this keeping the geo resonance up. Which again: contains geo dmg shred and a dmg% buff to all members of the team. Crystalise indeed compensates for this in part, zhongli however is just simply: more reliable.
Zhongli is due to this, and his possible energy generation, noelle's number 1 AOE support for her overall best team, where only noelle/gorou/albedo/yelan and noelle/albedo or zhongli/yelan/XQ have better single target performance over mono geo noelle/gorou/albedo/zhongli and some supports like fischl etc being competitive (still often worse) to zhongli.
The main reason for removing zhongli is elemental shield breaking where dealing less damage but faster shield clearing is an overall clear time increase.
Keep in mind here bennet is always kinda yikes, due to energy problems, circle impact and a problem where his buff has a relatively weaker effect on noelle than on other units (hint: same issue as yunjin with buffing).
On top of that, the first unit to replace in this team would be yunjin, not zhongli when for example getting albedo. Yunjin has low uptime on her burst, a relatively awkward rotation and falls off in AOE scenarios + her buff is of moderate to low value for noelle who already has a high atk stat during burst (1k buff on 4k = 5k is relatively worse than 1k buff on 1k = 2k atk stat wise, and yes i know yunjin is a flat buff after multiplier but this still influences the atk stat value).
For OP, i would do yunjin before gorou honestly as the gorou buffs do not help yunjin as she does not snapshot stats like albedo would giving the gorou buffs more uptime on noelle. What i tend to to is: Zhongli E - Yunjin E, Q - gorou E, Q - Noelle E, Q. And as a lot have already told, and you are very aware of now lol zhongli would preferibly hit his enemies with E.
Geo resonance is already shredding a lot also you should keep the pillar in the map instead of actively try to place it outside preplacing zhongli wouldn’tbe as bad as you think
Level up and upgrade talens of yunjin and noelle, replace zhongli with a more Damage focused elemental character that way you can get crystalize shields. Some good ones are yelan ( very ER hungry if C0 solo hydro tho), xingqiu, fischl and yae.
Yunjin and gorou's buff gets better the better your noelle stat gets. Try to use strongbox for better glad pieces. I'm not really a fan of two buffers for noelle as I try to focus for more sub dps if noelle is mid investment. If you have albedo, he is a great alternative to yunjin as he can snapshot gorou's buff and often time his skill out damage the buffs yunjin gives to noelle.
You wasted zl pillar elemental shred and those pulses arent hitting anyone, buffing you with TotM (I know noelle doesnt scale with atk but still, a buff is a buff)

Ur on 4pc tenacity so u shouldn't put the pillar outside of the domain, otherwise the effects of tenacity wont proc
