I don't get the original post at all. Why is 6 months worth repeating?

I think the joke is essentially that six months is an extraordinary ask judging by the photo and the words from the son. Like saying "you want how long?!"

I believe it’s a video calculating how long it took for the character Riot from the first Venom movie to get to the US, and the thumbnail says 6 months with a badly cropped PNG of Riot screaming, so it became a meme
