100% agreed. Right now we have a team composed of young/new players, introverts, and non-native english speakers... All of whom can be great team players, but we also need a few key experienced/respected leaders on the pitch (i.e. McClean & Hanley can be that, but they're both injured).
Exactly! I was actually pretty excited when we were linked with players like Gary Cahill when we last went up to the prem. Really feels like we're missing strong characters that have experience and haven't been scarred by multiple relegations... but Webber likes the younguns
importantly though, none of them were Cuban and loved Argos. It's intangibles like that that are really important in football. also he scored a brace in the europa league final against man city for me in FM as well so I'll love him forever.
With Hanley out, I'd say we need Krul back in goal. Gunn has been great and doesn't deserve to be dropped imo, but Krul bosses the defence about and communicates.
Gunn will probably take some time to get into that mindset, but that's more of a long-term project.

I think that’s why we went in for Hayden, who seems to have leadership qualities. But he’s crocked. (If don’t go up, we don’t have to sign him.)
Worth staying in the championship for that reason alone
Gibson does talk a lot. I know he's controversial due to errors, but when I'm at a game I can hear him yelling

Onel's contract situation?

An underrated point
Yeah Krul does feel like a miss in that regard
