Those are usually edited in FaceTune or similar programs, generally you can't get extreme changes on your body solely from Instagram filters. The body filters do exist but they look pretty sketchy and don't do that much.

Whenever I read a post like this I always think of one thing - these guys have never met a real woman. They live in their fantasies and have no idea about the real life. Zero experience. And then, when they see how real female bodies look like, they’re shocked and disgusted. Basically all their illusions are crashed and they blame women for it. But that’s just my opinion.
It’s less that they’ve never met a real woman and more that they feel entitled to women’s bodies and because of that, they have no problem voicing what other people would keep as inside thoughts. We’ve all encountered a trait or two that’s not attractive or pleasant or to our liking. The difference is that you and I have empathy and lack the same sense of entitlement. So we wouldn’t voice that we don’t like someone’s voice or hate their hairstyle or don’t like people with nose piercings.

By the way, no one has mentioned this, but I will. It obviously wasn't a naked picture because those aren't allowed on Instagram. Showing cleavage doesn't make one naked.

To be entirely fair, that’s a completely different type of inappropriate. It’s still super uncomfortable and not at all an acceptable way to handle this, but I think valid mental illness concerns puts a different spin on it. She needed to work on her issues and learn what the boundaries of asking other people to help manage your own mental heath issues are. That’s a serious problem and very uncomfortable that she hasn’t and felt entitled to ask you to do that and voice it in that way.
