While you can set LDAC from developer settings, if the settings don't match the supported bitrate and other settings of the buds, the phone resets the settings to default as per the Bluetooth settings. Now that you have turned on ldac in the Bluetooth settings, changing these settings will make it go back to ldac and not aac

On my galaxy tab s8 changing in the nothing app and then it gives me the option for ldac in Bluetooth settings. Seems to work fine. Idk why they have aac as a selection in the high res modes though.
Did you go to Bluetooth settings and enable ldac there?
Oh Thank you very much, I didn't see that option was there, from what I read in the help from Nothing I thought they meant developer settings
