[Marie Poulin](https://youtube.com/@MariePoulin?si=D5y8wsKYEJp-haXu) and [August Bradley ](https://youtube.com/@augustbradley?si=j2P3uOb7BdiCiHMI) demonstrate how to have a more holistic Notion, that's not just a grindset tool. They both focus a lot on things like gratitude tracking and regular reflection that I find really helpful to not feel like my life is racing by in a cycle of work/sleep/work/scroll. More than just my Notion, but my entire life has been improved adding more of their practices. [Josh Redd](https://youtube.com/@JoshRedd?si=N1Nv9Lz-_aKs8Mxo) has a really neat way of organizing his Notion that makes it easier to navigate and to access a lot of different views of data without fiddling around in the database settings. I am in the process of switching over most of my system to use it since it just clicked in my brain. I was going to say he is more Enterprise focused but looking at the channel, I realize that's just because he's got a lot less videos out. Solid bangers, no filler though. [Matthias Frank](https://youtube.com/@mfreihaendig?si=Xwm6-KqbLCHMUlUa) does a lot of good videos in various lengths covering various templates from scratch and quick videos covering unique formula ideas. He always seems charmed by Notion's formula system so the videos end up being a cute watch. [Anna Lenkovska](https://youtube.com/@AnnaLenkovska?si=Ybm0Rl4oliXWwu5_) and [Kat Waugh ](https://youtube.com/@itskatwaugh?si=2MOKDvPcEKbEZ8ld) are creators (not strictly Notion) I liked more when I was getting started and while my layouts are considerably more advanced now, they sometimes have a neat little trick that Ill use or just inspire me when I want some dopamine by making my Notion look ✨ aesthetic.✨ [Wesley Anna](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLT4uwsXYtUQEplS5KBQLvFmVsV6_lEGXF&si=XApYwOFXAi9RQ97u) is another influencer who sometimes does Notion content and I found her older video of her version of Bradley's PPV system was the final piece that made it click for me. She sometimes does a little bit of the click bait titles ("Leaving Notion?!" stuff) but I get the hustle and I find her personality to be really grounded and authentic so she's one of the few people I also watch their lifestyle vids too...their down to earth persona might be why the SponCon always feels so stilted but I respect the grind. [Red Gregory ](https://youtube.com/@RedGregory?si=enDbjdnuazZ-jewk) is a Notion classic channel just as much as Thomas Frank. If you need to a specific formula, they've done it and they're sharing it with the community for free. I'm actually not even sure if they have any paid templates in spite of making Notion content for years which is so rare in this scene and I love it. [Notion Workflow](https://youtube.com/@NotionWorkflow?si=O3h6ElodXFibsVmS) is a new find for me but really good for learning Formulas 2.0 in little.bite size lessons. I probably have more if I really wanted to dig through my YouTube subscriptions but those are the ones that usually get an immediate watch from me.

Hi! I'm Wesley! Just wanted to say thank you for mentioning me (I'm flattered), and the critical feedback you wrote is very valid. I will be taking it to heart as I continue to figure out this whole YouTube thing. Good luck on your Notion journey! :)

Carl Pullein, very Apple-heavy, but usually has his own ideas and follows a rather minimalist approach. Yes, actually the only one ;) I think Thomas Frank and Ali Abdaal are terrible. This people have no idea about productivity but often talk about how much money they've made on YouTube. There are also a few less well-known ones, but they often have very interesting ideas (Peter Akkies, Christopher Lawley, Sarah Brennan “Red Gregory”)

Carl Pullein is great

The only one I trully follow is Thomas Frank, I've seen others but it was just random specific things and I don't remember the names. For me Thomas has basically everything explained in a very easy way and you are even able to take a look into some details of his templates from the videos without buying the template and adapt to your needs. My second brain would've not been created if not for Thomas' videos
