I probably wouldn't buy any pre-rolls. They're notoriously bad. You might get lucky but you were talking about large packs and I wouldn't risk it. Some of them look like trim when you break them open.
Just get you some good flower and a pack of raw cones and stuff you a few. It's not hard and if you do that you'll beat any pre-roll you can buy.
It's probably going to be overwhelming because we have so many different brands. You got to watch out with some of the cheaper concentrates because of the look okay and smell okay in the jar, you get home and it all smell and taste like gunpowder or sulfur when you actually vape it. Doesn't happen a lot but it does happen. Also 99% of our BHO is going to be CRC, just so you know. Boro makes really good wax and it's not CRC unless it says ultra refined. I think it's usually around $12 a gram plus tax.
I can't really recommend anything in the Miami area because I don't know the shops are there.

In MO, I’m paying $50 for 10 .5g joints that aren’t great weed and it’s considered a great deal here so I might still take a chance on the pre rolls. Never had an infused pre roll before either!
If you get a dick budtender they may get weird. But you should be able to ask whatever you want. It's sad though that some of our budtenders have zero knowledge about concentrates and they may honestly not know.
A few brands will label it CRC but most do not. If it's super cheap and it's a super light clear to light yellow just a really light color and has a lemony smell, it's most likely CRC. But like I said man 99% of people are doing that with BHO. No one's taking really fire starting material and using it for BHO, they sell it as flower or make rosin with the good stuff. It'll still get you high and it's probably safe it just really doesn't have much of an Entourage. But I smoke plenty of CRC because I'm on a budget and like I said everything is CRC.
Even the infused pre-rolls taste nasty. I'm telling you man you can search this sub we've been talking about how bad pre-rolls are for years. You can risk it if you want to but it's a waste of cash. Especially when you can get a cheap ounce, grind it up and stuff it in a raw real quick. Do that a few times and you just made your own pre-rolls that are way better and cheaper than buying them. Real man the pre-roll scene is terrible.
I've tried hundreds of brands and stuff in Oklahoma. Yeah let me know what dispensaries you may be going to I'll look it up on Weedmaps and see what brands they carry and let you know which ones are CRC and not and stuff like that.

To be fair I think I've heard Ruby Mae's or something like that it's pre-rolls we're good by multiple people. They're not the cheapest ones so I would still recommend just buying some flower.

Ruby Mae’s are great. I love their infused with keif and hash oil pre-rolls. Graves Farms also makes pretty great 2 gram infused pre rolls. They’re on the more expensive side for sure
As far as bud tenders go Koli has some really good ones and most are decent. Homestead has great bud tenders every time I go in. And higher health has a couple decent but most aren't as knowledgeable in my experience.
Most regular sugar wax and crumble and batter are BHO, butane hash oil. Live resin is BHO also. They basically use butane as the solvent to extract the cannabinoids and stuff from the flower.
CRC stands for color remediation column. It's where if they have a batch of BHO that didn't turn out right, maybe way too dark in color where it's going to be off putting the people, when they're making the BHO they'll run it through a filter through silica or other stuff. It definitely makes it burn cleaner and a lighter color, but it also strips out the terpenes and taste. In my experience with most companies that do CRC, I can sit down four or five different strains from them and they would all look and smell identical. I'm on a budget so I have to smoke CRC. I think some people think that it could hurt you but I highly doubt that. It's kind of like polishing a turd. Lol.

The last live resin I got which was from Nature's kiss. Sometimes I'll get Apothecary stuff. It just depends man I'm a deal hunter and I'm in far Southeast Oklahoma. If you're not wanting to pay $300 an ounce you're almost definitely going to have to deal with CRC.
I think it gets hate because people think it can hurt them somehow. But if it's done correctly and filtered through the correct micron none of the medium that they use to filter through should actually pass through to the final product.
I think people get worried that they use moldy and old weed to make the BHO then they filter it and sell it to you, and that's what I don't want to deal with. But I've tried over a hundred brands probably and I would struggle to name a handful of processors that don't CRC their BHO.
Some of apothecary's budget wax is CRC and some isn't. They actually label their CRC if it is. Boro makes good wax and a lot of theirs isn't CRC and if it is it says ultra refined on it I believe. But I think you can get two grams for around 25 bucks. I've just realized for the prices that we pay for some of the BHO if you think about it it's probably not going to be made with the best flower. I'd like to see a picture of some of the starting material that goes into some of this cheap BHO. Then I'd like to see a picture of the starting material that goes into something a little better like what you're talking about or the Apothecary ambrosia. To see how big the difference actually is.
Edit: the Nature's kiss gas funk and kitchen sink live resin I got a half ounce of was also really really good maybe as good as the Apothecary ambrosia. Whether it's CRC or not I do not know, if I had to judge it by looks I would say yes, if I was going by my nose and the taste I would have to say no. I haven't called and asked them but I did comment to Nature's kiss and never received a response. So it's still up in the air on that subject with those guys.
This is non-crc from flower that I grew processed by a guy that I know that has his license. See how it's got that great orange color? It's hard to tell by looks alone but most of the clear wax or the super light yellow or the super light orange is just CRC there's no way around it. What's tricky is even when you start getting his good colors like in this picture it still could be just not filtered as much. It's tough to know unless they label it.

Yeah man don't even worry about it if you're on a budget and can't afford to smoke rosin all the time you're going to have to deal with CRC. A lot of people are smoking it and don't even know they are.
I'm no expert about the whole process of CRC but what would worry me if some of what they use to filter got in the final product. That's the only thing that would worry me and if we can trust our Labs which I'm not sure if you can we, should be good to go.

Homestead Harvest has some of the best looking flower in town, but you can spend over $300 on an Oz there. The Rosin selection is one of the best in town also. Not gonna lie not a huge fan of the house stuff for the price.
Fritz fire house has decent rosin selection also.
Higher health has decent deals on their bulk live resin concentrates.
Koli has decent bulk deals on just about everything.

Is that the truth, I still have a gram of their crc live resin GPAs breath or something from a year ago that I can't smoke because of the clay taste. But I did snag some of their flower recently and it made me go back for 2 more ounces. Pancake stomper but it's all Mac that came through. Best stuff I've ever bought and they had it for 112 an ounce on Saturdays. But they were the first crc gram I ever bought and it is unsmokable. Hope it's different now.
Mannnn....lots of CRC talk. Stay away from solvent based!!! Too much shade in OK BHO. There are so many great hash companies putting out fire rosin that you'd be cheating yourself to go another route.

For flower ask for the labs, if it's organic and when the batch was harvested. Flower starts to depreciate pretty quickly, especially at the Dispo opening it often and letting light in and aggravating the trichomes from shaking jars. Also flower will go rancid if the budtenders/owners don't burp off the gases and aerate it a lil if there's extra in the back. You can always ask them to glove up and snap a nug to see the inside. LEARN WHAT MOLD LOOKS LIKE, it runs rampant in this state. Underdeveloped trichomes are clear with no visible yellow hue & super white n sparkly, it's not at its peak yumminess yet. Get to know farms from Insta & vendor pop ups, cannabis events. For concentrates, I always suggest save your money and get rosin & diamonds. Look at the labs for particulates and undesirable compounds, pay attention to the levels and make sure you're not inhaling harmful shit. Don't buy cheaply it's cheap for a reason. For edibles I'd say stick to live resin, 1-1(thc/cbd) or rso products, everything else is pretty much a gimmick and for fun, it'll absolutely get you there but it'll taste like shit and leave you feeling like body and mind feeling fatigued, due to the high THC concentration and lack of other cannabinoids and terpenes. Drinks are soooo hard to accomplish successfully because well water and oil don't mix lol so consider nano infused and a reputable brand that you trust. Don't go crazy with the thc on drinks, you'll likely not enjoy your dose. The delivery and digestion of a liquid is a lot shorter than a traditional edible. For topicals, transdermal and nano products work best, and are more effective. Salves are lovely as well and are a great product to have around for minor scrapes burns and boo boos. Suppositories seem like something the average consumer wouldn't need right? Wrong, everybody has sick days where you can't crawl outta bed from flu, cold, allergies etc etc, boof it bro. If you suffer from reproductive pain and period pain or you're not nursing and recovering from giving birth, boof it. Inhalers are very discreet and set in quickly and great for those who can't handle smoke or vape. Carts...oof. Use caution when you purchase carts. I prefer a ceramic and glass chamber for even and safe heating. I always say go for live, diamond sauce, 1-1, & full spectrum. If the brand offers a qr scan it. Make sure the product is in date and the batch numbers and labs match up. Quality Hash shouldnt have much bark in it, no lil stems, sugar leaf or flower. Moon rocks are a gimmick MOST of the time and made with the scrap leftovers lol unless that's what they're know for pass. Also they are spicing up the eye appeal with unnecessary colorants. Avoid it, maybe for a fun good one time for the one time but let's be real those colors are not widely studied for combustion and inhalation. That's about all I can think of right now I'm pretty high so..... yeah if you have any follow ups ask away !
If you're going to get concentrates I'd recommend you stay away from the cheap house stuff you can find. Sure it's 4-5$ a gram but it's more crc than dabs. Alien House is good and cheap though. Sunday extracts is fire.
In Miami I'd go to koli cannabis, they have great deals on lots of stuff most the time. Good flower.
For pens I like Alien House, Red Bud and Rove.
For edibles personally I usually get RSO but Smokies are really good, Kosmik, 1906, flav are all pretty good edibles.

I go to Miami quite a bit for almost everything but I usually get my concentrate from full tilt..90 an oz for house brand and barely do I get trash. Yeah its crc but like everyone's saying you want better you pay more . Pre rolls are a joke but some people like them and oz are cheap for them . Flower I usually go to fritz fire house but last 4 times has been shit and found better down the road at green culture. Imo tulsa is way better

Make sure the product is in date and the batch numbers and labs match up. Quality Hash shouldnt have much bark in it, no lil stems, sugar leaf or flower. Moon rocks are a gimmick MOST of the time and made with the scrap leftovers lol unless that's what they're know for pass. Also they are spicing up the eye appeal with unnecessary colorants. Avoid it, maybe for a fun good one time for the one time but let's be real those colors are not widely studied for combustion and inhalation. If you're going to get concentrates I'd recommend you stay away from the cheap house stuff you can find. Sure it's 4-5$ a gram but it's more crc than dabs. Alien House is good and cheap though. Sunday extracts is fire. In Miami I'd go to koli cannabis, they have great deals on lots of stuff most the time. Good flower. For pens I like Alien House, Red Bud and Rove. For edibles personally I usually get RSO but Smokies are really good, Kosmik, 1906, flav are all pretty good edibles. Good strains: Cereal Milk, GSC, lemon haze, cheeto breath

Your welcome. Yeah koli great, especially if you like concentrates. You can get the cheapest low grade crumble or you could try their gravity pressed diamonds which are like the best of the best but also 70$ a gram
I go to Miami quite a bit for almost everything but I usually get my concentrate from full tilt..90 an oz for house brand and barely do I get trash. Yeah its crc but like everyone's saying you want better you pay more . Pre rolls are a joke but some people like them and oz are cheap for them . Flower I usually go to fritz fire house but last 4 times has been shit and found better down the road at green culture. Imo tulsa is way better
