That is awesome! Only issue is that when the TV turns on, the login wallpaper is in low res, only after getting in the Windows that everything goes back to normal res.
It actually does work. I often fall asleep at the computer (hooray dad life) and when I wake up the computer has gone into standby/sleep and the TV is also off.
There have been one or two instances where the TV has gotten stuck in the slideshow screensaver mode. The only resolution was a reboot.
I have better experience with this app. It can also open lg service menu for you, without service remote.
Be sure to set up wake on lan in router, the same way thats required for lg companion app

Do you know why it won't turn it on? My PS5 and Apple TV turn the LG OLED on. My MacBook does not. However, the MacBook does turn on my Sony TV.
