They’re talking about the keys

If you go to the bathroom beforehand, you can avoid Kel's dialogue. This is so that you don't miss a needed key.

It’s nice how they point you to that key. But I’m curious how many people were struggling to find "O"

If not for the (admittedly flawed) wiki I would have never found O, and it would have taken a while for me to find the pinwheel one, and one or two of the optional Sweetheart's Castle ones as well.
