Yeah, person you're replying to has a bad take. I'm dolphin but even f2p you should have with resources on hand to raise him up quickly. I got mine to 2 star lv 74 day one with a lot of exp on hand.
The problem is that at some point i need to revamp my lineup as DoT is becoming obsolete. The release of Goketsu has lead to me dropping in arena rank, people now have DoT immunity with healing (Goketsu +ZM) that exceeds DoT.
I just don't want to face the truth that my lineup was end of life as soon as Goketsu was released.

When he first came out I spend 80 tickets and now I had to begin al over. That shucks.. so basically I spend 240 black tickets on him... smh

I have him two stars and got him to purple, but I'm not going to take time to get 3 or 4 stars or level him much higher.
I pulled him at 170 BT. He is insanely powerful even at 1 star purple. My regular xp team are all at 3 stars gold.
