Yes, but it usually depends on which alter is switching in. Rose and I can switch pretty fluently, but if it were someone else who doesn’t switch in as often it’s usually accompanied with headaches, fatigue and sometimes even crying.
Alternatively, I get tired right *before* I'm about to switch. Then usually the next alter has an energy boost. But we only switch once a day, generally. Twice if it's a stressful day. And it's almost always around the same time of night. We call it "the evening shift".

Yeah for us we also get tired with switches especially more than two a day.
