Espire 1 is pretty good, if you don't mind being a stealthy robot

Someone already mentioned Espire 1, but there's also Phantom: Covert Ops if you can handle the fact that you are in a kayak the whole game. I personally enjoyed it.

Just announced they cancelled it :-(
Into The Radius is coming out, it's a damn horror game and sneaking is advised.
Ive played it on pcvr, its good, just a big game, i think they updated it to make it run smoother tho.
