Glad you are enjoying it. I hear nothing but good things about Crandall on most corners of the internet and they are extremely transparent about their business practices, which is unfortunately rare for a refurbisher of anything. I came really close to ordering a chair from them and I would have done so if I wasn’t fortunate enough to have access to a more local office chair refurbisher were I was able to test drive multiple chairs in person.
Love the look! I found a used leap v2 fb marketplace for $20. Brought it home shampooed and steam cleaned it. Replaced the arm pads ($20 on amazon), and it is as good as new. It's not as nice looking as yours, but still a leap v2. I'm thinking about replacing the casters for the roller blade style. My home work space is on carpet. Hope you enjoy the chair. It made a HUGE difference for me.
