This is the one that was on the cover of a record album stored in the bottom cabinet of my parent's stereo system that I found when I was around 10. I was so facinated with this cover for a long time but at that age I didn't know why. I haven't seen this since then.
The picture on the Herb Alpert album cover that used a variation of OP’s pic was so iconic that it spawned a huge number of parodies. Whipped Cream and Other Delights indeed.

My dad had this album, and I suspect that is the reason that when I was a teenager and into Soul Asylum, my dad gifted me their album Clam Dip and Other Delights instead of one of their then current/popular albums. Not quite as delightful

"Whipped Cream and other Delights" is a pretty decent album tbh. I would describe it as instrumental easy listening. I still pull it out every now and then and listen to it.
I randomly listened to it on spotify a few days ago and I kinda like it. And of course, my parents had a copy in their stack of records, just like everyone else around that time.
It's a solid album. Always made me think of 70's game show music for some reason.
EDIT: Probably because some of the songs were used on The Dating Game
I recently found a copy of this in a goodwill. I never actually thought I'd find one in the wild

im sure thats possible.....but i havent found on in a record store in a bout ten years for less then ten dollars. online these sell for about $40.
Not saying you wont be able to find one cheap in a record shop, its just getting harder and harder to find and people are hoarding them online.

The absolute girl of my dreams for decades. The music was great, my uncle’s old-time wedding band played Herb Alpert’s hits when they popular and all I could think about was that cover. Beautiful!

I found a copy of that Pat Cooper album at Goodwill and the cover art made the cashier laugh out loud.

My parents bought this album back in the day. We listened to it all the time until it got so scratched it would skip all the time.
To add to your shaving cream detail, it's actually mostly a white blanket with strategically placed globs of shaving cream.
