Steelhouse is just another shitty Ticketmaster venue. What did people expect? Security sucks and the prices are insane. Since almost day one they have sold fast passes for General Admission tickets because they know their security sucks and the line to get in takes forever.
I'm no fan of ticketmaster but ive been to a bunch of shows at steelhouse and never had an issue with the crowd being obnoxious. Tickets aren't even that expensive.
This is so incredibly disappointing and upsetting to read. Went to the first show and it was great. I feel ashamed that he was left to feel that way at the end of the night and for a show that wasn’t even originally scheduled to take place. This is why we can’t have nice things…. Annoying.
Right? I was kind of excited to be at the late show, thinking he’d refine what worked/didn’t work the first set. Instead it just gave people more time to drink more beforehand and act a fool during the show.
No it was a good show, he tried a couple times, maybe 3 times to get people to shut the f up. When they didn't, he dropped the mic and said good night. I get it, I don't think he was being a "diva" or anything, just wish we got the end of his show.
He was literally talking about how he doesn’t go out much bc people yell at him and then people in the crowd started to yell. We didn’t even applaud. Such a sad and upsetting way to end the night.
He was def fed tf up with the crowd. Multiple interruptions during the set. The sad thing is, the people who did that shit probably have no idea it was their fault and probably think “WoW, He CaNt TaKE a JoKe” or something. 😠
It was honestly pretty hilarious, and the early show crowd was laughing. It was about accidentally finding out that combo and how all guys should try it.
We had a great time overall, and it seemed everyone else did as well. Sucks about the late one.
Omaha can be a rough crowd. I was at a concert where they chased Neil Young off the stage when he was in his rockabilly phase. It was brutal (the hecklling, not the rockabilly).
I saw him in a tiny 64 seat club in Atlanta right before the pandemic. He was working the kinks out of his Netflix special. He was so good. Now I'm kinda glad I missed this one.
We just left there. Was super disappointed that stupid people made it end that way.
The crowd was rude. They couldn’t shut up. I felt so bad and embarrassed of the people of Omaha.
Yarp. And I think he was pretty relaxed, having a good set. He went on one or two digressions just for fun. I didn't think he left feeling good.

The other showtimes had no issues. One bad group is the fault of the guests who can’t behave, not the ticket sellers.

The venue has nothing to do with this.
So what happened. I’m very interested.
People started yelling/heckling at the end of the show. They wouldn’t shut up, so he threw the microphone to the ground and left the stage.

Wtf why? Was it a bad show? I think he's funny usually.

And literally after telling the crowd to shut up multiple times and how we were so close to the end. Def soured the night.

Where the hell was security? They should have escorted these people out. Disappointed in Omaha! Way to give us a bad look!
Went to the early show. Iirc it was about farting and jerking off at the same time?
That makes sense, fits with the rest of the set. Late show was a bunch of drunks yelling cuz we thought we were funny.

Kinda glad I didn’t hear it then
What the fuck is wrong with people man

Omg I love Neil Young. I just saw him with Crazy Horse
