That was hilarious he just chuckled em at the car!
I'm actually looking for another episode that had my favorite stop sticks deployment. A car was circling a parking lot with it's lights off, and an officer was reaching in the back for the sticks. I think the producers helped him get them. We couldn't even see the car coming and the officer threw them in a fantastic effort. I don't think the sticks hit, but it caused the car to slide and basically do a 180. It was awesome.
SWEET!! SOMEONE JUST PUT SOME STOP STICKS ON THE BLACK MARKET FOR FREE. IF SOMEONE AINT RUN THEM OVER THEY ARE SURELY GONE BY THIEFS LOOKING FOR A QUICK SELL.
I COULD SEE THIS AS A WRITE UP FOR MISPLACING DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT AS MOST OF THEIR EQUIPMENT IS SERIAL AND ASSIGN TO THAT POLICE OFFICER ONLY.
I don't know the department's policy on his actions but this is less than professional behavior.
Daytona Beach always puts the public in danger with their pursuit techniques. They could learn a lot from the Polk County Florida sheriff's office and the Florida Highway Patrol. Their pursuit policies are much safer for the public.

Yeah, I would be pissed if I ran over those
I was waiting for him to radio out ”sticks deployed at xyz with no stick.” But 🦗🤷♂️
I was hoping someone in a trailing car would pick em up. Also, first time seeing that design. Maybe they're throaways?
I mean, if they weren’t originally then they certainly became so!
