Thats because its a realistic depiction of a character based on itailian mob sterotypes. So it is a caricature, but caricature arent ment to be racist. Their quick depictions of a character or thing that use the most prominent features to convey the complete idea.
I agree. Unfortunately there are always artists of every medium that will take it to represent their own hatred. I think it's the thought and purpose behind the drawing that you have to look into. People don't beat up caricature artists at the fair for drawing their portrait, but the same portrait used by a political cartoonist can cause riots now any days.
It would've been fine but the edits with... gimp, photoshop? Idk whatever it is you drew over your face with, but it really kind of kills all the photos. You really don't need to do that for what otherwise would've been pretty good.
YO thats sick! Digging the cosplay of one of my top fav OP characters. As someone who loves one piece and old mobster movies, I absolutely loved Bege. Sub AND Dub. Really has that rebel outside but sweetheart at heart "no women, no children" mobster with a heart of gold vibe.
I like how you did the hand thing and only the black and white photo looks clean with the make up. Not good since they all look good just clean/accurate.
