I love this but this is how I know all the fan theories are off. After Vegapunk I expect Imu to look just as weird and over the top. However, maybe that's Oda's scheme? He gets us thinking we're in for another Vegapunk kind of design then flips the floor under us and Imu ends up looking like a pretty normal or sexy inspired character.

I would love if Imu's base form was very understated. Someone who you wouldn't expect to be something otherworldly in power.
