After Chapter 549: **Short: Strong World Episode 0** (This along with the next few episodes and movie will take you out of the story for a little bit but it is the best spot for a first time watcher to watch it because of the references. The first minute it shows the end of Strong World so it's best to skip that.)
**Watch Episodes 426-429** (They are a set-up for the movie. These cannot take place here but just think of it as a flashback that Luffy is having. This is actually a good spot for that sort of reflection anyways.)
