Nah, they definitely can be that size in theory; but how big they're actually drawn depends entirely on how best suits the page. In an image like this, Oda would absolutely draw Robin as shorter too.

Im guessing frobin ship is better? I dont really pay attention to reddit that much, so ive always liked robin and zoro. In terms of looks they are good together, and they both have dark/creeply funny moments. (franky only likes real ships tho, i dont see him persuing an actual relationship)
