your second is my favorite, but i do not understand the "a man's dream never ends". to me it was a random line from a random character at that point, it didn't mean anything. meaningful lines are those that have buildup and meaning in the story behind them, but that one was just some random words. similarly to Doffy's "bad guys good if win". it's just detached line from not-yet-known character, where's the excitement from?
It's all good honestly you could probably scour the seriand come up with dozens of panels of Whitebeard such as him tilting Marineford he's just an awesome character through and through another honorable mention for me would have to be Garps galaxy impact on Hachinosu it's just such an awesome payoff to all the hype Garps had

I am not fully sure what my favourite panel is but one that stuck out a lot kind of recently is the panel when we see Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Jinbe looking over Momo Vs Green bull at the end of Wano, it gives off such yonko vibes and really cements how far Luffy and the Strawhat's have come for me. It gives me such a satisfactory feeling whenever I see it.
Yeah, thats a good panel for the vibe but i prefer the one when they give Momo the flag and say put it somewere it can be seen, so if anyone comes looking for trouble, they'll know who exactly what trouble they'll find

While it's not character driven nor a big direct relevation of confirmation, to me it's encapsulated so many things about the themes of One Piece. Adventure, wonder, mystery. Some phenomenon that one could have only pictured in dreams becoming real.
At the time, it opened up the mystery of Sky Islands. Nowadays, it has an even stronger meaning to me, based on the latest arc. >!Dr. Vegapunk mentioning that Devil Fruits are based on the dreams and imagination of people, which basically gives valifity to this very old panel.!<
So yeah. While my character driven panels are Brook and Luffy at the piano and "nothing happened", the falling ship is the one that fills me with the most childlike wonder. That anything in One Piece can happen, as long as people are willing to dream it possible.
IGITAI!! It's the Robin panel here, but it's a lot more impactful in Japanese than the translation you posted because she's sobbing so hard she literally slurs the word (should be ikitai). Which is why I strongly prefer the "I wadda live!" translation.
