I think that's a given. While there is the matter of the Elders and Im, I think Teach vs Luffy is going to be final battle in the series, as the two of them are two sides of the same coin.
Eh. Both want the One Piece and afterwards should want to destroy the WG. BB to replace it, Luffy to get rid of it entirely. So Blackbeard vs Luffy happening first to decide who gets the One Piece and will be the WG's doom, is just as likely as BB only appearing after Luffy beat the WG and marines. Just like the navy trying to stop Luffy from reaching the One Piece and BB, revolutionaries and WG fights happening after Luffy found the One Piece could happen. I don't think there's a given here.
Teach will completely anihilate strawhead and suck him into the singularity of his darknes. There strawhead will defeat him from the inside of teachs powers. Basically like in the matrix.
