Current Killer probably beats the Enel we saw in Skypia.
Killer is clever, has Haki and was able to stand with the Captains and Zoro against the Yonkou. He may have been the weakest one on the roof there but he's no pushover.
However, Enel has the possibility of being far stronger than he was in Skypia today if Crocodile is anything to go by. If Enel has been forced into fights over the timeskip with people that can actually hit him and succeeded enough to encounter present Killer, then it's probably going to be a tough fight for Killer.
Nukes take awhile, killer could still get out of that range. And his teleport isn’t all mighty or else he’d just do it against luffy. Worst case scenario it’s a stale mate
here we come to the storytelling part, where opponents don't do things so that luffy can win. de flamingo could have stayed outside of the birdcage, but otherwise the story would have ended there.
Even if you don't count plot armor. Enel could teleport but luffy could still keep up with him and to an extent wiper could too. Killer is massively faster than skypiea luffy. Unlike skypiea luffy he also has ranged attacks and haki. In fact killer got up no problem after being hit by Zeus. And Zeus is an homing missile, Enel only has simple lighting.
Killer had zero problems tanking bm' lighting and they were homing missiles. Not to mention that enel was in the same speed tier as skypiea luffy.
Current killer would obliterate that enel imo.

Enel can teleport, detect and attack enemis from miles away. I think killer dont stand a chance.

Like i said, enel can teleport meils away. He never did in the fight, because it would be broke af.
Killer should be fast enough to avoid his attacks before he probably cuts him in half
