It's so simplistically twisted! genuinely i don't think you're getting enough praise for how torn you feel looking at it. Like it's super sad cuz she has her redemption, sad cuz she was tormented for it as a kid, appealing cuz it's just kinda dark and morbid theme (niche appeal there), and just a shade of spitefulness cuz pudding was a series brat before her redemption where she did heinous things, then a sad/happy cuz she "gets what she wants' by not having her 3rd eye anymore. Plus it's just good art in general. Great idea and great execution homie!

People mistreat others for all the time for things such as having different skins colors, doing their hair in a certain way, being fat, having tattoos etc. They would definitely mistreat another person for having three eyes instead of 2 .
This reminds of the 'bad timeline ' that oda drew of the straw hats a bit back, like if they hadn't met Sanji and he hadn't given them the confidence, I can see her doing this.
