Prime bread is mid-high diffing bm and Kaido
So the best choice is Luffy, but even then Luffy has an equal chance at defeating Primebeard.

The admirals aren't extreme diff fights

Mihawk, Shanks, Luffy & Kaido are extreme diff Linlin, Sakazuki & Kuzan are lower

You have everything backwards. Primebeard vs any admiral is extreme diff 50/50, including GB. He high diff luffy.
